Amanda is an exceptional agent who truly cares about all her customers. We worked with Amanda looking at more than 20 properties for more than 2 months on looking for a property and all throughout the process she was extremely friendly, responsive, enthusiastic, and most importantly had our best interest in mind. She promptly responded to all our questions even at late hours in the evening and provided us with quick responses and accurate information including market analyses for interesting properties .While many other agents are motivated to make a quick sale, Amanda truly has her clients best interest in mind. There was one property that we wanted to buy which she felt was overpriced and honestly told us to not purchase it. I was truly blown away by this because I felt that most other agents would simply encourage their clients to buy the property so that they could collect their commission. She was extremely patient and friendly throughout the entire process and not once pushed us to buy a property. We ultimately made an accepted offer on a property but because our life circumstances changed, we had to walk away from moving forward. Not once she express any frustration or impatience with our decision. I have worked previously with agents who have expressed frustration with clients hesitancy.
